Lifestyle Individual Incentive Travel
Health and Wellness in Israel
Program Overview
Israel is well known for its holy places and Mediterranean beaches but very few dare to discover the Negev desert. Located in the south, this area covers 62% of the entire country. The Negev has traces of past civilizations and their agriculture as well as archaeological sites. It also offers an unmistakable backdrop for encountering the Bedouin tribes: ‘The people of the desert’.
This four-night program allows guests to discover the mysteries of the desert including the Ramon Crater, the world’s largest erosion crater where the luxury hotel Beresheet is located. It also offer an overview of the start-up city, Tel Aviv.
While in the Negev, guests will learn about the flora and fauna of Ein Bokek in a Jeep tour, have a romantic evening peering at the stars and learning about all the constellations in one of the best spots in the world for stargazing, practice yoga while overlooking the crater, and taste and learn about desert wines produced by sustainable technology and ancestral growing techniques at Avdat Farm & Winery.
On the way to Tel Aviv, we visit a real Bedouin community to learn more about their lifestyle and culture. While leaving the desert we start to notice how the landscape changes until we will reach the city. In Tel Aviv, guests will enjoy a professional culinary tour in the Carmel Market that will introduce the heartbeat of Israel, diving into the depths of the Carmel Market and the backstreets of its neighboring historic Yemenite quarter, we learn about the development of Israeli cuisine through the country’s history and how four generations of vendors are able to maintain their shops after almost 100 years.
